UPS Ground/ Standard (some assembly may be required)
This option is the least expensive way to get your order delivered to your home or office. Most of our secret compartment furniture products can ship UPS ground, but some are large enough to require LTL freight, so UPS will not be an option at checkout for those particular pieces. UPS shipped orders will be delivered to your front door. You will be responsible for getting the order inside, un-boxing it, assembly (when required), and trash removal...
Curbside Delivery (fully assembled)
This option is available for most units. Your order will arrive on a pallet fully assembled. It will be necessary for you to unbox your unit and remove all of the debris. Keep in mind, LTL freight may require a scheduled delivery. If this is the case, don't worry, just make sure you share an accurate phone number at check out and the freight company will call you a couple of days before delivery to make arrangements..
White Glove Delivery (fully assembled/ debris removal)
This option will have your unit arrive already assembled. The delivery team will get the order inside your front door, un-box it, and remove all the trash and debris for you. This option will require a scheduled delivery. Please be sure to use an accurate phone number at check out as the freight company will call you a couple of days ahead to make your delivery appointment. Please Note: The freight company will not move your order beyond the entrance of your home or office. Final placement will be your responsibility.
